Subscription Cancellation Policy

Canceling Your Subscription You may cancel your Loyal Paws Coffee subscription at any time by contacting us at kinesishq@gmail.com. Please include your order number or account email in your message.

When to Cancel To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Refunds Cancellations made before your next billing date will not be charged for future orders. Orders that have already been roasted and/or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as our coffee is roasted fresh to order.

Reactivation You're always welcome back! You may reactivate your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account portal.
